Jardim Do Bomfim Chardonnay 2017

Green core with pale straw edge. Aromatic highlights of freshly cut peaches, some melon and a fine mineral note. Peach, green apple and melon all feature up front on the palate while a lovely complexity is derived from partial barrel fermentation which although not obvious has created depth/width and provide a creamy like feature on the mid palate. The wine finishes with some floral hints and a touch of zesty natural fruit acidity.
