Jardim Do Bomfim Sauvignon Blanc 2016

Translucent to pale straw in colour. Passion fruit, fresh herbs and green apple. It finishes with lovely natural acidity and floral characters. On the nose freshly cut grass and passion fruit.

Picked in the cool of the evening at optimal ripeness, the wine was tank fermented to dry to maintain fruit intensity and freshness. The wine was bottled soon after finishing ferment, fined and filtered to preserve the fresh fruit flavours from the vine to the glass.
